Samantha is a qualified Integrative Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their confidence.

Her approach is deeply personal, built on the belief that no two journeys are the same. She adapts her methods to suit each individual, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Creative Interventions.

With empathy, care, and a non-judgmental approach, Samantha creates a safe space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Her mission is to walk alongside you — supporting you through challenges and helping you move forward with strength and clarity.
