Thank you for shopping with BFA Counselling Services. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver physical orders placed through our store.

1. Order Processing

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing times may be longer during busy periods, launches, holidays, or promotions

For print-on-demand products, processing includes production time before the item is shipped.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner.

Because these items are produced after your order is placed:

  • production times may vary

  • shipping times may be longer than standard retail orders

  • items in the same order may arrive separately

We are not responsible for production or shipping delays caused by third-party fulfilment providers, though we will do our best to help if an issue arises.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • UK orders: [2–7 business days after dispatch]

  • International orders: [7–21 business days after dispatch]

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

4. Shipping Costs

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • contact the courier directly

  • provide any relevant order information

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for delays outside our control unless required by law.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Services and Digital Products

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products only.

  • Services are delivered according to the appointment or booking details provided at checkout or by separate agreement.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.
